Returns and Refunds policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (Unless the item as been deemed "NON-DELIVERED" via tracking.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags still attached.

Items that are stated as BAIT are non-refundable.

When Returning your product please do not stick the return shipping tags or labels on the product itself, please REBOX/REBAG and ship.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. ( This is based on the item upon it's return to us) 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to 7 days to process and complete.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, up to 7 days.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at felina@felinafullstop.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, if you purchase something at a SALES price, that is the price that will be refunded to you at the time of refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This does not include any TOY merchandise as most of these listings are ONE OFFS. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at felina@felinafullstop.com and send your damaged item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be issued to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund if you payed for this shipping yourself.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN merchandise in transit. If you return a product for a refund and it does not reach us, we will not refund the purchase.
